Couple updates before holidays

Hi everyone,

and welcome to the third edition of my newsletter. The pre-holiday week relaxed me a little, but we are moving according to plan.

This week I created my first post on dev.to - https://dev.to/alexikonor/would-like-making-games-24kp. It is not technical but rather a motivational post about gamedev, here is described my try to get into it.

Briefly, it was an interesting experience, in the future I plan to spend some time on it, I even prepared a list of topics and courses to pass, also it would be a great experience to implement a small game engine from scratch.

I am continuing to read the book about nutshells of PC, the process is quite slow, but finished 60% of the book.

As a next step after the books planned to pass https://www.coursera.org/learn/build-a-computer, so to speak, to consolidate knowledge.

In general, I plan to spend the near future learning fundamentals of computer science, and from time to time it is needed to revise them.

For the same reasons I recently bought myself essays from Aristotle because of he is the inventor of logic as it is, and I would like to read about how he created it.

Well, and according to the classics, a couple of volumes of The Art of computer programming, D. Knuth, this is hard stuff but worth it.
